44. 10/XII/24: BIG TRIP WOOO
okay I'm going to be completely honest with you, I should've recorded this trip the same way I did the ren fair blog, writing everything down as it went down, because I really don't know what I'm going to remember now LOL
also, since posting the images to this site directly would bloat the size too much, I have uploaded the photos themselves to Imgur, so let's hope that they don't get taken down
5/XII
my cousin had heard me the day before that I was arranging how to go back home after classes, and she offered to take me home since it was halfway down the road for her
so after talking with my parents about it and finishing my classes, she picked me up and took me back home
once there, there was a technician from the burglar alarm company checking the state of the smoke detectors
it turns out that mine's batteries had ran out and it had unlinked itself from the alarm central, so once he connected it it was as good as new
we had lunch at home, and after getting all my things in the RV we set off
the route we took was A-381 to Jerez, AP-4 and A-4 to Sevilla, A-66 to Monesterio, EX-103 to Llerena and N-432 to Berlanga, our destination
we got there at around 19 o clock, and I said hi to my aunt and uncle, which had also come with us for the trip but arrived earlier
along the way we came across TEN different broken down or crashed vehicles, and on top of that, a car using an escape ramp and a truck blowing up a tire right after we passed it, when we had barely begun our journey
it was definitely scary, but hey! we did get to our destination!

I've been thru this hwy so many times that I'm tired of seeing it. it's still a pride for me as an engineer

16:16

a closeup on the pictogram

16:16

19:14

N-432, the last leg of our journey, a surprisingly straight piece of road

19:30
I liked how the stencil on this sign looks. apparently the owner of this restaurant hates RV's, so we were told to not eat here

20:51

an excavator!
